Roots & Cuttery Glamour Salon Cancellation Policy 

 

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48 hours' notice for any changes and cancellations. 

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

 

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed via text and or email 72 hours before your appointment.  Our Appointment system will also send you a notification at the time of booking. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee may apply.

- Less than 48-hour notice your credit card will be charged a $25 fee.

 

 - “NO SHOWS” You will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. 

 

- 48-hours, we require this time for all hair services if you need to cancel or reschedule 

 

-Deposits will be collected from all new guest for any chemical services. 

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. This establishment does not give any refunds of any kind. Roots & Cuttery Glamour Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and growing future clientele. FEFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two business days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you, only within the initial service.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS

 

As a courtesy, we will Contact you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date if you haven't confirmed your appointment time. For all Chemical services your stylist will be contacting you for a $50 deposit to hold your appointment time. If you Cancel 48 hours before your appointment your deposit will go towards your next service, there are NO refunds. If you forget to cancel you forfeit your deposit, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
